About Me
Welcome to my practice! I'm Kendall Lockwood, dedicated massage therapist with 12 years of experience. I graduated from Healing Arts Institute and continued my education by getting my Yoga Teacher 200hr certification through Om Ananda.
As a Northern Colorado native, I found my passion for massage through my own journey with chronic illness, and learning the importance of my body feeling healthy and as pain free as possible. That is why I wanted to help others become as pain free as possible through bodywork and stretching.
When I'm not helping people relax and shift pain, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors, spending time with kids and pets, practicing yoga, or tending to my garden.
